Facts about Guest Directories
Guest directories vary in size dependent upon your needs. A typical publication is 16 to 20 pages, including cover, and is usually 1-4 colors; however digital 4-color is available. Our speciality is digital 4 color on our in house state of the art Xerox digital presses. Digital 4 color provides an exceptional leap in quality without the price to match. Total Ad sales determine the type of Guest Directory with the "no cost" option.
If your directory is a laminate or paper, the cover options for foil stamping and digital 4-color are available. Also, as an option, we can use your color photography to showcase your business. Perfect for resorts, upscale hotels, and other properties.
3-Ring Binder or Hardback
An upgrade option from deluxe paper Directory/Guide/Planner, the 3-Ring Binder provides a Premium 3-Ring Binder Cover with 3/4” rings, padded front and a pocket on the inside front. Inserts for this single color may be tiered or tabbed. Options for 3-Ring or Hardback publications include foil stamping, multiple spot colors, and 4-color process of the guest directory covers are also available. Inserts are available in spot color or digital 4-color. Also a great choice for any luxury-type hospitality business.
