How can we view samples of your publications?
You can view and actually “flip through” a wide variety of our publications.
How do we get started?
If you’re already talking to one of our affiliate publishers, he or she will guide you through all of the steps to get your printed publication. produced. Or you can contact our Nashville corporate office directly. Here are the steps in a nutshell:
- Contact U.S. Hospitality at 800-467-1218 or email us at info@ushospitality.com (unless you’re already working with one of our independent reps)
- Sign an agreement which defines the type of publication style, the payment program, and other terms to the agreement and the responsibilities of both parties.
- Your property is then offered to our independent affiliate publishers (again, unless you’re already working with one) who wish to work in your area
- Once a U.S. Hospitality affiliate publisher expresses an interest in your property, our scheduler will call to book a reservation for the rep to get started. It’s as easy as that.
What are the next steps?
If you’ve chosen our No-Cost Ad-Sponsored program, your hotel, motel or resort is required to provide the U.S. Hospitality affiliate publisher with a comp room, parking, and local phone and fax privileges for a 2-week stay. Obviously we do this on your schedule. Otherwise there are no other costs unless you choose a publication without ads
The affiliate publisher will usually come in knowing some detailed information about your market and possible advertisers but will also canvas the area and meet with your General Manager (at least twice during the visit) to gather leads the GM might have and drop off a Guest Property Questionnaire (to provide some of the key information for your publication, etc. Your GM may also point out businesses that he/she does not want the affiliate publisher to solicit (but please remember that too many restrictions may inhibit the sales effort).
After a typical 10-14 day sales effort the affiliate publisher will meet with the GM, pick up the Questionnaire, and the GM will be asked to sign off on the Approval of Sponsors .
U.S. Hospitality goes into action to produce your publication. You get to see proofs online and approve the final product. Once we’ve got all of your information, this usually takes 60-90 days (including coordinating with all of the advertisers….)
Are there any other costs involved in your ad-sponsored program?
No, we pay for all of the ad and publications design, printing, and shipping. If you are a hotel/motel/resort you are required to provide the US Hospitality Affiliate Publisher (affiliate publisherresentative) a comp room, parking, and local phone/fax privileges for a 2 week stay.
What if I don’t want a specific advertisers ad?
You will have brief meeting with the Affiliate Publisher once he arrives at your property. During this meeting the Affiliate Publisher will ask if there is anyone that you would not want to advertise in your particular product, also they will ask for referrals of whom you would like to see as an advertiser in your product. You, as a publishing client, do have the "final approval" of all advertising in advance of printing.
How long are the agreements for?
The agreement for a customized product is for 3 years.

Please contact the Marketing Department 1-800-467-1218 or email us. We can arrange for a reprint (cost may be involved).
Can we sign up for more than one of your No Cost ad-sponsored publications products at a time?
Absolutely. And many of our clients do. However some locations cannot "hold" more than one product, depending on the number & scope of advertisers.
What do your guides without advertising cost?
We just need to get you specifications and quantity to get you a quote. Our marketing department can get you a quote within 48 hours of having your specs. Please call 800-467-1218 or email us for your quote today.
What if I need more?
Simply call U.S. hospitality (800) 467-1218 and ask for the marketing department. You will be issued a quote for the extra items you need. After approval of the quote, your item, if an exact reprint, will take around 4 weeks to produce. If you are close to renewal, we will overprint for your next year's supply based on past years useage.
What determines the style that I can choose?
Many properties have to follow corporate guideline specifications. U.S. Hospitality makes it a point to keep up with the latest specifications to make sure that you will meet your corporate needs. If you are not bound by corporate guidelines, U.S. Hospitality has a wide range of production options. Just ask your affiliate publisher for all the options that are available.
