We understand that getting your ad right is important to you and we want to make sure that we get it right. That is why U.S. Hospitality is very happy to announce our new digital ad upload site. What does this mean to you? This means we have now made it easier than ever to get us your artwork for your ad. Just follow the five simple below.

Step 1:

Open your web browser and go to:
http://www.ushospitality.com/uploadAd.html

Step 2:

Fill in the contact information.

• Company Name - your company name
• Contact Name - person we can contact about the artwork
• Phone - phone number to reach the contact person
• E-mail - contact person’s e-mail address

Step 3:

Fill in the advertising sponsorship information.

• Hotel or Restaurant name you are sponsoring with your ad
• Product Type - the type of piece you are advertising in (directory, menu, etc.)
• Colors - is your ad a full color ad or a black and white ad
• Ad Size - the size of the ad you have contracted to have produced

Step 4:

Find your file and attach it. Click the browse button to open up a screen that will show the content of your computer. From there, navigate your computer and find the file you would like to send us. Highlight the file and click open. By clicking open you have now attached your file to the information.

Note: Don’t forget you can give us more information about your file in the “Special Instructions” box.

Step 5:

Click Submit. It’s That Easy!

What type of files do you accept?
We are capable of handling almost all file types. Whether it is a logo you have saved in Microsoft word or a digital file that your local designer has sent you, we can use it. Below is a list of the types of files we can accept.
